Cider Pressing
- Top of the hour action loading, grinding, and pressing…then tasting! Located near the Amphitheater in the Children’s Garden
Magnetic Jack O Lantern
- Make a pumpkin’s face using magnetic pieces – scary or sweet is up to you!! Located at the side of the Pavilion
Crafts Beneath the Pavilion
- Sugar Skull decorating – Enjoy decorating your own spooky-sweet skull in true Day of the Dead fashion, or any way you choose!
- Faux Fall Foliage – create colorful leaves from contact paper and tissue paper
- Paper Pumpkins - make construction paper pumpkins with pipe cleaner stems and tendrils
- Pumpkin Hat – Create a cute topper for your noggin!
Pumpkin Decorating
- Members receive a free pumpkin and all the fixings to gussy it up, including sequins, paint, feathers and markers. Nonmembers can purchase a pumpkin for $5 and decorate to their hearts’ content.
Ghostly Grove
- Enjoy a Spooky Tree craft, if you dare!
Under “Tree” Fort Amphitheater
- Story times are 10am, noon and 2, 4 and 6pm
- Lots of stories will be read and they’ll all have Halloween/Fall/Pumpkin themes.
